(Benefits of becoming members)

You will attend YCPN annual assembly/ conference/ consultation. It could be area wise or larger network assembly to be decided by the core-committee and advisers.

The Network will arrange orientations for members to get enhanced their leadership skills and their capacity to perform multiple tasks without compromising on the quality. New members will go through four stages of training namely (1) Internship (II) Assistant Program Leader (III) Associate Team Leader (IV) Team Leader of one geographical or program area of the Network.

The Network will make conscious efforts to ensure each leader experience (I) upward growth or journey – they will get opportunities and support to growth in their spiritual life and experience God's guidance in their life and ministry by participating and engaging in YCPN programs and activities. They will also experience (II) inward growth – inner joy as they will be a mentor and handhold for each other without any selfish motive but for love and good of everyone growing together. Lastly, they will also experience outward growth – social ministry within the members engaged in our network along with our fellow brothers and sisters in need.
Besides, this network will help you to know more about your own people and society and give you opportunity to invest in building up the future of our community.
