Vision:

To come a longside and extend all necessary support to individuals, families and communities or villages who are disadvantaged by their geographical location, lack of political empowerment, socio-economic development and access to good quality education and train them by building their capacity to become effective and efficient workers and managers irrespective of their work places and society.

Mission:

“Come let us rebuild...” Neh. 2:17b

  1. By this we meant, together we can make a new beginning by laying a strong foundation for culturally relevant, good governance, justice, economic development access to quality education and social welfare based on God's redemptive words of truth; love, care and forgiveness.

  2. We believe that our society is in a critical phase of political, social, economic, education and religious development which is alien to our "khan-kho(ethical)" based traditional values and practices encompassing every area of life and good will for everyone.

  3. Supported by God's living words, our traditional and culturally acceptable home grown solutions to the many challenges we faced today. To this end, we step forward to begin with a prayer for God's blessings a new journey one of unity, reconciliation and rebuilding of our society based of love and forgiveness.

Goal:

  1. To inculcate the   “Fear of God” and “khan-kho (ethical)” principles within the community as a foundation for unity and peace.

  2. Every one is commited to willingly sacrifice personal self-centeredness (which destroyed the fabric of our society) for the larger good and interest of our future generations.

  3. To promote social, economic, education and religious development based on Biblical principles akin to our cultural practices and available resources within the community.

  4. To value cultural-traditional practices and available natural resources within the community which are in aligned with the biblical principles.

  5. To promote goodwill relation with other communities based on mutual respect, co-operation and peaceful co-existence which is honoring God and enriching our cultural values and practices.

  6. To prevent and curtail those idealogies that advocate hatred, violence, conflict and any other forms of exploitations of our fellow brethren and God given land and its resources.
